HPL Subsidiary Luxury Peak Pte Ltd in acquiring Concorde Hotel & Shopping Mall, with the sale price of S$821 million making it the largest collective sale of 2024.
Owners of successful collective sales including Shenton House (SGD 538 million), Tanglin Shopping Centre (apprx. SGD 868 million), Maxwell House (SGD 276.8 million), Serangoon Ville (SGD 499 million), Vista Park (SGD 418 million), and Eunos Mansion (SGD 220 million).
The owners for the privatisation of Braddell View, one of the oldest and largest HUDC developments in Singapore, comprising 920 units, and the owners for the privatisation of Neptune Court, also one of the largest HUDC developments in Singapore comprising 772 units.
A prominent developer in an application for judicial review of a decision by a government statutory board in calculating the differential payment applicable to a re-development project based on a non-disclosed policy.
Owners of notable collective purchases including 45 Amber Road (SGD 156 million), Selegie Centre (SGD 120 million), two industrial buildings at Tagore Road (SGD 135 million) and Green Lodge (SGD 191.88 million)
